Customized Safety Solutions

Superior Connections
Omega’s unique design offers a stronger rail to post connection. (3) grade 5 bolts with nuts and oversized washer provides greater strength. This design uses the post to help distribute the energy from an impact over the entire system, so you are not relying strictly on the shear strength of bolts to keep the system from failing.
Heavy Duty High Strength Rails
Our safety barriers can be mounted using any variety of brackets. Choose from Standard, Offset Perimeter, and Offset Corner configurations.
Structural Mounting Posts
Omega’s design allows posts to be common in both in-line and corner applications. Only Omega offers you the versatility of both inside corners and special angles without using additional posts, ultimately saving you money.
Wrap Around Flairs (Optional)
Omega guardrails’ design allows you to mount directly to precast concrete or masonry walls. This eliminates unsightly scuff marks and damage to your building walls and saves both time and money on costly repairs.
Corner Caps (Optional)
This piece is essentially an end cap. It wraps around 180 degrees and offers an attractive termination at the end of a run of guardrail. It is ideally located at pedestrian aisles or office doors, etc. The flair is designed to give you flexibility. It can be pulled tight to the post so it projects 3″ beyond the post wall or it can telescope beyond the end of the post to cantilever up to 10″ beyond the post.
Vinyl Stripping & Post Caps
This closure cap offers a smooth transition at the corners and offers a pleasing appearance. This piece fits over the rail and post at the corners using self tapping screws.
Special Brackets
Our safety barriers can be mounted using any variety of brackets. Choose from Standard, Offset Perimeter, and Offset Corner configurations.
Angle Brackets
Omega’s flexible design allows you to mount rails at various angles to contour the rail system to your specific application, i.e. conveyor curves, angled building walls, ramps, etc.

Understand that the mounting posts you use to attach your rails are literally the backbone of your safety barrier. That’s why we provide mounting posts with heavy duty construction and usage versatility – available in both in-line and corner applications. We also manufacture custom mounting posts allowing for multiple rail applications, heights, special angles, and more specific connection requirements.
REMOVABLE SAFETY GUARD RAILS
Omega offers removable guard rails and safety gates that can be taken off the hinges or swing out of the way to allow quick accessibility where frequent access is required, as well as lift-out rails that can be set aside until access is no longer required.
