STRUCTURAL MOUNTING POSTS
Omega's design allows posts to be common in both in-line
and corner applications. Only Omega offers you the versatility
of both inside corners and special angles without using additional
posts, ultimately saving you money.

HEAVY DUTY HIGH STRENGTH RAIL
Our high strength 12" rail is designed specifically
for in-plant applications. They are constructed from the
highest quality hot rolled, cold formed, 11 gauge steel.
Omega's rigid 2 rib design resists damage and offers the
widest variety of mounting methods to meet any application.

SUPERIOR CONNECTION
Omega's unique design offers a stronger rail to post connection.
(3) grade 5 bolts with nuts and oversized washer provides
greater strength. This design uses the post to help distribute
the energy from an impact over the entire system, so you
are not relying strictly on the shear strength of bolts to
keep the system from failing.

WRAP-AROUND FLAIRS (OPTIONAL)
This piece is essentially an end cap. It wraps around 180
degrees and offers an attractive termination at the end of
a run of guardrail. It is ideally located at pedestrian aisles
or office doors, etc. The flair is designed to give you flexibility.
It can be pulled tight to the post so it projects 3" beyond
the post wall or it can telescope beyond the end of the post
to cantilever up to 10" beyond the post.

CORNER CAPS (OPTIONAL)
This closure cap offers a smooth transition at the corners
and offers a pleasing appearance. This piece fits over the
rail and post at the corners using self tapping screws.

VINYL STRIPPING & POST CAPS
The cracked metal edge inside this special PVC vinyl stripping
allows a tight contouring fit. Coupled with a durable vinyl
post cap, it eliminates any sharp edges, and adds eye appeal
to both the system and your facility.
